Assessment & Planning: Healthy Calls 365 will continually assess your health status, help you plan and set goals, and provide support. We are there for you every step of your health and wellness journey!
Dietary Modification: We focus on optimizing your digestive health through dietary modifications. We identify any food sensitivities or allergies contributing to gut inflammation and work on eliminating them from your diet.
Sleep Optimization: We improve sleep quality and quantity. We work on establishing a consistent sleep schedule, improving your sleep hygiene, and addressing any underlying sleep disorders. Restorative sleep is essential for hormone balance, digestive health, and well-being.
Exercise & Stress Management: We focus on incorporating regular exercise into your routine to support hormone balance and reduce stress. We also develop strategies for stress management.
Avoidance of Risky Substances: We focus on avoiding substances that can negatively impact your digestive and hormone health, such as alcohol, caffeine, and toxic chemicals. We work on developing strategies to help you avoid these substances and replace them with healthier alternatives.
Positive Social Connections: We focus on positive social connections for overall health and well-being. We work on developing and maintaining healthy relationships with family, friends, and peers, including effective communication, boundary setting, and conflict resolution strategies.

Healthy Calls 365 follows a three-step process that addresses habit and behavior changes. First, we focus on Awareness and Preparation, helping individuals understand their current habits and set clear goals. Next, we emphasize Implementation and Practice, guiding people to practice new habits consistently. Finally, we support Maintenance and Integration, assisting individuals in sustaining changes over the long term and making adjustments as needed. Through this approach, we aim to facilitate positive and lasting life improvements for our clients.
